Parents are expected to play their part by enforcing regularity and discipline and seeing to it that
their children prepare their lessons daily and take keen interest in the activities of the school.
Politeness and Courtesy of speech and conduct should be inculcated as well as cleanliness of
dress and person.
Parents are requested not to enter the class rooms and interview the teachers during class hours
much less ask the servants to do the same. All dealings with the teachers shall be conducted through
the office.
Members of the staff can be interviewed on every parent teacher meeting and on special
appointment.
Parents are particularly expected to sign progress reports and the principal's and teacher's
remarks in the diary. Failure to do so will cause great mutual inconveniences.
Parents, guardians and Pupils must be acquainted with the rules contained in this calendar ;
ignorance of them will be no excuse.
Criticism of a child's teacher and the school, in his/her presence, should be avoided because it
causes the child to lose his/her respect for the teacher, with the consequent failure to learn from
him/her. Should you have a legitimate complaint, meet the principal, without fear of reprisal.
Parents are requested not to send for the children, during class hours except in cases of
unforeseen circumstances and in such cases, a written application must be produced
As the medium of instruction in the school is English, a certain amount of regular English
conversation at home will help the children to do their lessons easily.
