For admission to any class a transfer certificate from the last school attended is absolutely
necessary.
Pupil must attend the school regularly and punctually. There will be a warning bell at 7.55 when
all the students with their class teacher will assemble for prayer.
All children should come to school clean and tidy in their school uniform. All are asked
to
wear the school uniform under penalty of expulsion from the class.
If the students are not able to come in school uniform an application from the

Student should take special care of personal hygiene and cleanliness of uniform. Use of jewellery,

Pupils must not remain in the class rooms during the recess, and P.T.
No pupil will be exempted from P.T without a doctor's certificate. Those who are thus excused
must have their certificate counter signed by the principal and watch the drill.
When student's move along the corridors or verandha & when changing classes or excusing
themselves, they must keep silence and walk in a single or double file.
Running, playing or shouting inside the school building and verandahs is never allowed.
Punctual and regular attendance is insisted upon. Leave of absence may be granted for sufficient
cause but an application from the parent or guardian which must be made in advance whenever
possible. When sending an application for leave name, class and section must be clearly mentioned.
Verbal requests through students themselves or through the servants to allow students to go home
before the school gets over will not be compiled with.
If a student continues to be absent without a leave note for more than 15 days in succession
his/ her name will be struck off the register.
It is compulsory for the student to complete 90% attendance in a year to make them eligible for
promotion to the next class.
Scribbling on the walls, desks and books is strictly forbidden. it is a bad habit and highly
detrimental to the good tone of the school.
Irregular attendance, insubordination to teachers, habitual inattention to school work, obstinacy
in word and deed, Willful and repeated breach of the school regulations are sufficient reasons for
the dismissal of students.
No pupil should leave the school premises during class hours without the knowledge and permission
of the principal.
All pupils are responsible to the school authorities for their conduct in and out of the school.
Pupils who cause damage of any kind in the class or premises will have to make good the damage
done.
Gifts to the members of the staff or other demonstrations in their honor require the previous
sanction of the principal. All pupils should endeavour to excel in the practice of good manners
and obedience to their teachers and elders. Pupils are expected to attend all school functions and
meetings.
All the students are expected to speak in English during the school hours.
Students are not allowed to leave their class rooms without the permission of the teacher
concerned.
The school office will not take the responsibility of the reaching the students personal things
like tiffins, water bottles, pencil box, craft materials etc. to the class.
Girls are reminded not to apply mehndi on their hands.
Carrying and use of mobile phones/ipods/cameras by students in the campus is prohibited. If a
child is found in possession of any of these, it will be confiscated. Repetition of the act is
liable to lead to suspension from the school.
Students are strictly forbidden to bring any electronic gadgets and fluid pen/bottles to school.
CD of any type is no allowed without the explicit permission of teacher/principal.
